A typical error of being interviewed is that they tend to get stressed and forget the questions that are asked to them, often having the effect that the interviewee are not prepared for the interview.

It is vitally important to check the firm's interviewer's organization and the applied position to prevent being mis-guided during the interview.

Don't know the answer?

If you do not know the answer to the questions being asked, it is many time better to confess you do not know the answer to the question and offer that you return with the answer.

Look for the level of skill or expertise that the organization is searching for so that when interview day comes and the interviewer asks about your skills and experience, you will be be able to meet it to what the potential hiree desires.

Obtaining the essential referrals

Possessing a referral from one of the firm's employees can go a long way toward landing an interview. A typical company may receive job applications in the hundreds and usually 35% to 60% of all job vacancies are filled by referrals. The odds of getting hired when you have a referral are very high even if there are another 200 to 500 job applicants competing for the same position. Even if you do not know anyone from the company that might provide you a referral, it is a very good idea to go to the alumni network of your college, trade groups, social groups, and professional memberships.

Remember, obtaining a referral dramatically increases your chances of getting the position.
